Monday Menu Plan

It is another week of running in our household. Summer is just that way I guess. The boys and I will be out of town Tues-Thurs visiting grandpa and working on the farm. Saturday evening we are invited to a BBQ with family. That is good news for my kitchen which can use another break with the heat.
