My favorite cooking tip is to plan ahead. If your oven needs to be at 375 degrees to bake chicken, then you can't also be having french fries that need 450 degrees!

my favorite cooking tip is always use fresh garlic. no need to chop, just crush it with your knife or smash it with your palm. the peel will come right off and it makes for a more "rustic" dish!

When baking cookies, put aluminum foil over the cookie sheet. This makes for much easier clean up.

Try to get the whole family involved when preparing meals!

My favorite cooking tip is for when I have extra drippings from any meat I roast. I add the drippings to chicking or beef broth and freeze it in an ice cube tray. I use this for extra seasoning for stuffing that my be a little dry or instead of water to cook spniach or green beans. It add great flavor.

Adding Olive Oil to cooking pasta can make your sauce slide off when it's added. I only add salt to my pasta water.
