It is food fest week!  Thanks for stopping by my giveaway.  You can find all of the Food Fest Giveaways HERE
I am glad you are joining in for another giveaway or maybe this is your first if so welcome.  I start a giveaway each Tuesday and it typically runs through the following Thursday.  This past week I had the opportunity to review the new Take Alongs from Rubbermaid, Sharpie and a Fun Shape Ice Pack.

I have to say I was excited to replace some of my older Rubbermaid Take Alongs but I may be more inclined now to replace more.  I love the new shape design.  It always bothered me that the old containers appeared as if they had 4 feet in the corners.  If I had something liquid in them like veggies with sauce, then the sauce would roll to those little feet in the corners and not remain on my food.  With the new design the feet are gone.  You can see the old vs. new in the picture below.

I think these would be a good addition to a lunchbox, leftovers or you could use them on a trip like we did.

We packed some snacks for easy disbursement during our trip and I was glad we did.  When we stopped all I had to do was hand out the containers.  No portioning it out was great.

Would you like to win the prize package pictured?  Well I am going to give you four chances so fire up your lucky streak! You can do 1 or all of the following but you are limited to 4 entries.

  • Tell me where you would take your Take Alongs & Ice Fun Shape (please state if you are using for a boy or girl)
  • Blog about this giveaway and provide the link
  • Follow via google, RSS or twitter and let me know which one (1 entry only)
  • Favorite me on Technorati (button on far lower right sidebar)
Good luck giveaway ends 9/17 and is open to US and Canada only.

I have one boy and one girl - and they'd both use them for snacks in the car (I swear I can't go anywhere without hearing "Mommy, I'm huuunngry!") and my son could also take them to school in his lunch - are the new ones still big enough to fit a sandwich like the old ones? They look like they might. And it keeps the sandwich from getting smashed. :-)
