It is Monday and even though it is a holiday I still need to plan my menu for the week. Here goes...
- Beef Stroganoff
- Tacos
- Pizza
- Scalloped Potatoes & Ham
- Chicken Enchiladas
- Leftovers
- Flex meal
Typically I only list 6 meals if we are planning on being home all week but this week I thought I would introduce you to the Flex Meal. I tend to leave one evening free in my menu for flexible planning. This allows me to plan a meal based on the change in midweek sales, my mood or if I find a great recipe I want to try.
