I think I ran myself dry! I have been having trouble with my thyroid meds making me nauseated but this morning I awoke with that and a lot of muscle aches. I think my fibromyalgia is in full yell at me anger. For any of you that are not familiar with fibromyalgia it is a syndrome of pain throughout the body which in my opinion never goes away but more shifts with good and bad days. Today is BAD! I just crawled (well almost) out of bed at 12:00 and I don't want to move at all. My husband took the boys to the pancake breakfast and here I am but I am thankful it is silent and the kids aren't asking me to do this, do that.
Friday evening we were tearing out the kitchen carpet to get ready for my hubby's friend to come help lay that "new" flooring and go figure but we found a problem. Or should I say five problems? Under the heavily glued carpet is five layers of glued linoleum. Little to say I do not have a new floor yet. I am also out a stove and oven for at least the next week. I did buy a nifty floor scraper and it is working well but it is work to get that glued mess off the floor. I figure that we can get all the yuck off the floor by Wednesday and then Thursday we can lay down the underlayment and hopefully come Saturday we can lay down the new flooring. Oh here I go planning again this might get me in trouble.
On to a busy upcoming week... Monday we go visit great-grandma and bring her lunch. Tuesday, Linda will be visiting us and Wednesday is the first day of school. Thursday our long awaited HE washer arrives and Friday I guess we get to relax. Somewhere in there I homeschool Jess, clean the house, work on the floor and blog. It should be an adventure!

Hope you are feeling better. I sympathize about the flooring. We recently remodeled and replaced the floor. It was tile on top of 2 layers of vinyl. The vinyl did not come our easily so we har to replace the subfloor.
Sorry to hear about your pain! I hope you feel better soon! I will be praying!
I hate flooring.. it is a pain in the u-know-what..
