As I already told you earlier this week I was down 1/2 pound. I still have a long way to go but I am excited I now have the support of some great ladies from the bloggest loser. I am not just saying that lightly I have had some wonderful conversation already in my first week with them. Hopefully we can see more downhill numbers this upcoming week.

I hope so too! I'm glad you had a good week. A loss is a loss. It took time to put it on...it's going to take time to take it off!
