Freezer Hamburger Sandwiches
5 lbs ground beef
1 small onion
1 lb Velveeta
2 dozen hamburger buns
Aluminum foil
Brown beef and onion. Cube the Velveeta. Tear aluminum foil into 8 inch strips. Place an open bun centered on the foil. Put a couple spoonfuls of meat and onion mixture onto the bun bottom. Top with 3-4 cubes of Velveeta. Place top of bun on sandwich. Butcher wrap the buns with the foil. Place back into the bags that the buns came in. Freeze.
When ready to use preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake until cheese is melted through the sandwich.
