Russian Chicken & Veggies in the Crockpot

Russian Chicken & Veggies (Via the Crock)

2 whole chicken breasts
1 small bottle Russian dressing
1 packet onion soup mix
1 pound baby red potatoes
1 bunch of broccoli

Chop brocolli and halve potatoes.  Place in the bottom of crockpot.  Place chicken on top of veggies.  Sprinkle with soup mix and top with dressing.  Let cook on low 7 hours.  Serve warm.

Thanks so much for posting to Crock Pot Wednesday. This sounds very interesting. I havn't had much luck with broccoli holding together in the crock pot. I will have to give this a try. Hope to see you next week.

The broccoli does get soft but it really takes on great flavor from the dressing!
